श्री. अमोल भागवत – अध्यक्ष
श्री. अमोल भागवत 2005 पासून सहकुटुंब जर्मनीमध्ये राहतात. अमोल ह्यांचे शालेय शिक्षण हे जळगाव तसेच नाशिक येथे, तर अभियांत्रिकी शिक्षण औरंगाबाद येथे झाले. ते सर्टिफाइड PMP®(Project Management Professional) देखील आहेत. नोकरीनिमित्त मुंबई व नंतर पुणे येथेही त्यांचे वास्तव्य होते आणि आता गेली अनेक वर्ष ते Weddel-Cremlingen येथे राहतात.
संगीतप्रेमी, क्रीडाप्रेमी आणि Tech-savvy असे अमोल ह्यांचे व्यक्तिमत्व आहे. समाजसेवा, लोकांना एकत्र आणून विविध कार्यक्रम आयोजन करणे, नियोजनबद्धता, नेतृत्व, शांत स्वभाव ह्या गुणांमुळे अमोल अतिशय लोकप्रिय आहेत. |

मिस. मल्लिका खामकर – उपाध्यक्षा तिच्या मैत्रीपूर्ण, आउटगोइंग आणि चैतन्यशील व्यक्तिमत्त्वासह, मल्लिका ब्रावो मराठी मंडळाच्या अनेक कार्यक्रम आणि चर्चा आयोजित आणि नियंत्रित करताना दिसते. तिला ॲक्रेलिकसह चित्रकला आणि स्केचिंग, क्विझिंग, बॉलीवूड नृत्य आणि धावणे आवडते. मल्लिका ही मुंबईची अर्थशास्त्र आणि व्यवसाय पदवीधर आहे, जी विक्री व्यवस्थापनात काम करते तथा भारत आणि जर्मनीमधील जागतिक संघांचे नेतृत्व करते. ती 2015 मध्ये जर्मनीला आली आणि 2022 मध्ये ब्रॉनश्वेगला येण्यापूर्वी बॉनमध्ये राहिली होती. मल्लिकाने यापूर्वी विविध कलाप्रकारांना प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी कार्यक्रम आणि स्ट्रीट फेस्टिव्हल आयोजित केले आहेत. भारत आणि अमेरिका यांच्यातील सांस्कृतिक संवर्धनातही तिने योगदान दिले आहे. ती ब्रावो मराठी मंडळाची अभिमानास्पद सदस्य आहे आणि भारताची संस्कृती आणि वारसा जतन करण्यासाठी आणि पुढच्या पिढ्यांपर्यंत पोचवण्याचा तिचा हा मार्ग आहे. |

श्री. संदीप पाटील – खजिनदार
संदीप पाटील 2016 पासून आपल्या कुटुंबासह जर्मनीत राहतात. संदीप यांचे एक आउटगोइंग व्यक्तिमत्व आहे आणि त्यांना लोकांशी संवाद साधायला आवडते. जर तुम्हाला मोटारबाइकिंगबद्दल बोलायचे असेल तर ते त्याबद्दल ऐकण्यास आणि बोलण्यास उत्सुक असतात. त्यांना मोबाईल ॲप्लिकेशन विकसित करण्यातही रस आहे आणि ते नेहमी काहीतरी नवीन करण्याचा प्रयत्न करत असतात. ते तुम्हाला त्यांच्या स्वयंपाकघरात स्वयंपाकाचे काही यशस्वी-अयशस्वी प्रयोग करतानाही सापडू शकतील. |

सौ. जान्हवी पाटील – सचिव
सौ. जान्हवी पाटील या उत्तर महाराष्ट्र विद्यापीठातून मायक्रोबायोलॉजीच्या पदवीधर आहेत आणि मानवी आजारांवर नवीन उपचार शोधण्यात मदत करण्यासाठी मायक्रोबायोलॉजीमधील संशोधन आणि त्यांची विकास क्षेत्रात योगदान देण्याची आशा आहे. २०२१ पासून त्या त्यांच्या कुटुंबासह Braunschweig मध्ये राहत आहेत. जान्हवी यांचे व्यक्तिमत्व सामाजिक बांधीलकीचे आणि बहिर्मुख आहे, त्यांना पाककलेची आवड आहे आणि विविध पारंपरिक भारतीय पाककृती करायला विशेष आवडते. त्या निसर्गप्रेमी आहेत आणि संगीत आवडते, विशेषतः हिंदी आणि मराठी क्लासिक्स. त्या मंडळात सामील झाल्यापासून ब्रावो मराठी मंडळात उत्साहाने काम करत आहेत. त्यांच्या इतर आवडींमध्ये तिच्या बागेत बागकाम आणि सेंद्रिय शेतीचा यांचा समावेश होतो. |

सौ.मुग्धा वरुण पुणेकर – उपसचिव
मुग्धा वरुण पुणेकर यांनी मुंबई विद्यापीठातून perfumery & Cosmetics मध्ये उच्चशिक्षण घेतले आहे. त्या २०१९ पासून जर्मनी मध्ये राहत असून, २०२१ पासून ब्राऊनश्वाईग मध्ये वास्तव्य आहे. त्यांना मराठी भाषेची आवड असल्यामुळे, त्यात लिखाण आणि निवेदन करायला आवडते. नृत्याची आवड असल्याने त्यांनी २ वेळा बॉलीवूड नृत्याचे वर्कशॉप चे आयोजन केले होते आणि ह्यापुढेही त्यांचा महिलांसाठी नृत्याचे वर्ग सुरु करण्याचा मानस आहे. त्याचबरोबर त्यांना भारतीय क्लासिकल संगीत ऐकायला आवडते.

| Mr. Amol Bhagwat – President Having a versatile and outgoing friendly personality, Amol is an ardent music lover, sports enthusiast, plays excellent Tabla, professional table tennis player and also tech savvy. He is very popular amongst his strong network of friends and associations and is known for his social service and bringing people together. With his leadership skills he has organized several events and meets and has introduced many initiatives that have proven to be successful. Amol has been staying with his family in Germany since 2005. He completed his schooling from Jalgaon, Nashik and his engineering from Aurangabad. He is a certified PMP® ( Project Management Professional). He lived in Mumbai and Pune while working in India and now residing at Weddel – Cremlingen |

Ms. Mallika Khamkar – Vice-President With her friendly, outgoing and lively personality, Mallika is seen organizing and moderating several BraWo Marathi Mandal events & talks. She enjoys painting with acrylics and sketching, quizzing, Bollywood dancing and running. Mallika is an economics & business graduate from Mumbai, who works in sales management, leading global teams in India and Germany. She moved to Germany in 2015 and lived in Bonn before moving to Braunschweig in 2022. Mallika has organized events and street festivals to promote different art forms in the past. She has also contributed to cultural promotion between India and the Americas. She is a proud member of the BraWo Marathi Mandal and this is her way of contributing towards preserving the culture & heritage of India and passing it on to the next generation. |

Mr. Sandeep Patil – Treasurer Sandeep Patil has been living in Germany with his family since 2016. He has an outgoing personality and likes to interact with people. If you want to talk about Motorbiking then he is always ready to hear and give his two cents on the topic. He has also interests in developing mobile applications and is always trying to make something new. In his home you can often find him in kitchen creating some successful-unsuccessful experimental results. |

Mrs. Janhavi Patil – Secretary Jahnavi is a Microbiology graduate from North Maharashtra University, and hope to make contribution in the field of Research and Development in Microbiology to help find new cures for human ailments. She has been living in Braunschweig since 2021 along with her family. Jahnavi has Social and outgoing personality, she is an excellent cook who loves to make various Indian cuisines, avid nature lover and likes music, especially Hindi and Marathi classics. She has been working enthusiastically with the BraWo Marathi Mandal since she joined the Mandal. Her other pastimes include Gardening and organic farming in her garden. |

Mrs. Mugdha Varun Poonekar – Deputy-Secretary
Mugdha has studied Perfumery & Cosmetics from the University of Mumbai. She is living in Germany since 2019 and she is in Braunschweig since 2021. Being fond of Marathi language, she likes to write and narrate in it. She has organised Bollywood dance workshops twice in the past because of her love for dance and she looking forward to arrange dance classes for women in the future. She loves listening to Indian classical music.
