गणेशोत्सव – Ganesh Chaturthi is one of the most significant festivals of Maharashtra and is celebrated with deep devotion across India. Dedicated to Lord Ganesha—the elephant-headed deity who symbolizes new beginnings, knowledge, and wisdom—the festival is a vibrant expression of faith, community spirit, joy, and cultural heritage.
BraWo Marathi Mandal e.V. warmly invites you to celebrate Ganeshotsav 2026 on 19 September 2026. The celebrations will begin at 2:00 PM at Schloss Braunschweig with a traditional procession of the Ganesha idol, accompanied by the energetic beats of Dhol and Tasha and the vibrant Lezim folk dance of Maharashtra. The procession will be followed by Ganesh Pujan and an engaging cultural program at the Roter Saal, featuring music, dance, and performances for the whole family.
